Despite my initial enthusiasm for embracing renewable energy and engaging with Powur for the installation of solar panels, the entire experience has been marred by numerous delays, unprofessional conduct, and a profound lack of communication.The project encountered multiple setbacks and obstacles, many of which could have been mitigated with proactive communication and effective problem-solving. However, instead of taking ownership and demonstrating genuine commitment to resolving issues, ************************ approach seemed indifferent and lackadaisical.One of the most glaring deficiencies was the failure to maintain consistent communication. Despite assurances of regular updates and support, ******************** was notably absent, rarely reaching out via phone or other means to provide updates or address concerns. This lack of engagement not only exacerbated existing frustrations but also left me feeling neglected and undervalued as a customer.Furthermore, the project suffered from numerous delays, which were not adequately explained or addressed.
